Go Well Advisory helps organizations define their workplace well-being strategy to enhance overall organizational success by focusing more on how we do our work vs. who is doing it (i.e., our systems and processes vs. individual resilience or tolerating the existing systems we’ve created). My professional experience spans the corporate, health system, and higher education settings. In each environment, I have demonstrated leadership in developing employees, strengthening teams, and increasing engagement, while also creating value and success for the organization. My “through line” has always been “people first”, focusing on demonstrating value for employees in the ways they value most.
In 2019, I expanded my focus to include broad system-level well-being within a large academic medical center, honing my expertise in health care provider burnout and well-being. This shift was partly influenced by my own experience with professional burnout.
I bring leadership expertise across a diverse health care spectrum, including system-level organizational well-being, with a proven track record of creating positive impact and developing high performing people and teams.
