• Payer experience – University of Michigan Benefits Office - provided prescription drug benefits administration to university employees, retirees, and dependents (with focus on specialty drugs); received university-wide recognition on several initiatives.

• Health care provision - Michigan Medicine Specialty Pharmacy Services - led program growth and expansion across all aspects of revenue and patient services including medication management, pharmacy financial coordination, mail order, and call center operations; achieved first time national accreditation.

• Past president of the U-M College of Pharmacy Alumni Board of Governors and former board member of the Michigan Ovarian Cancer Alliance.
